A 26-story, 204,000 square foot office building located at the southwest corner of 41st Street. Their pre-built office program was designed by award-winning architects, The Mufson Partnership. The pre-builts’ modern design elements and contemporary layouts feature state-of-the-art wiring, internet-readiness and multiple outlets throughout. Distinguished acoustic performance and precise installation made Tagwall’s Encore System the perfect compliment to this handsome pre-built office program.

Mies van der Rohe designed the 38 story structure located at 375 Park Avenue. His brilliance and advocacy of the International style was embodied by the buildings externally revealed structure. The Seagrams building is home to prestigious tenants including The Four Seasons and Brasserie.

Historically known as the Western Publishing Building, 850 Third Avenue was designed by Emery Roth and Sons, who also designed the Empire State Building. Extensive recent renovations have modernized the building, long considered one of the most efficiently designed on Third Avenue.
